The weekend event will be based at Foxholes Castle Camping http://www.foxholes-castle.co.uk/, Bishops Castle, Shropshire, England from Friday 18 to Sunday 20 April 2008. Bishops Castle is south-west of Shrewsbury. The meeting sessions will be held at the Church Barn, Bishops Castle, a 10-15 minute walk from the campsite and at the Three Tuns function room. There is plenty of bed and breakfast accommodation available locally for those without a van. It is hoped that this will become an annual event, held in a different part of the UK each time.
